Welcome to the Tall Ships Gallery terms and conditions for use.
These terms and conditions apply to the use of this website, by using or placing an order you agree to the terms and conditions set out below.

All of the images on this site are available for sale as prints for your own private non commercial use only.

Access.
You are provided with access to this web site in accordance with these terms and conditions. They constitute a legal agreement between you the customer and Richard Sibley. Please read this agreement before you continue to use this site. If you do not agree to be bound by these terms and conditions you may not use or access this site.

Orders
All orders are accepted subject to the terms and conditions of sale, these terms and conditions supersedes all previous terms and conditions.

Products descriptions.
All descriptions, measurements and illustrations contained within this website are intended as a guide to create a general description of the end product, we make no warranties whether express or implied in relation to their accuracy.

Transactions.
You agree to give your correct name, address, credit card details and any other personal information that you are required to provide in respect of a transaction. You warrant that this information is true, accurate, current and in all respects complete.

Privacy.
When you shop at this website we will ask you for personal information, name, address, billing information etc.
We use this information for the following purposes.

1. Processing your orders.
2. For statistical information to help us improve the site and its service to you.
3. To serve the site content.
4. Site Administration.

Please be assured we will never release your personal details to any other party unless compelled to do so by law or in response to a valid request from a law enforcement or government agency.
We are not privy to your credit card information this is the domain of Sagepay ® our payment provider.

Refund Policy.
We hope you will be pleased with your purchase. Should you wish to return anything bought from us simply complete the enclosed returns form and return the item to us within 14 days of receipt.
Depending on the nature of the problem we will either reimburse you or replace the prints. We will also refund your original delivery charge when a print is delivered in a faulty or damaged condition, but not when it is simply unwanted.
The returned prints must be in a fully resalable condition and in their original undamaged packaging. If not we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item, or deduct up to 33% of the original selling price.

Security.
Richard Sibley's payments provider, Sagepay®, uses state of the art security tools and techniques to ensure that your payment is completely secure. When you enter your credit or debit card details, a secure link is set up between your browser and Sagepay®.
